AirFlow Synthetic Gas Reactor (SGR)

The AirFlow SGR system is designed to facilitate the development of new washcoat and catalyst materials. The system is based on a state-of-the-art MKS Real Time Gas Analyzer. The high resolution FTIR based gas analyzer allows gas flows exceeding 100 L/min with minimal backpressure. Detection limits of 1 ppm or less are achievable with this analyzer.
A variety of fuels can be accommodated including:
- Diesel
- Gasoline
- Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)
- Natural Gas (CNG)
Various exhaust emissions can be simulated with the equipment at AirFlow.
